2025 Nashville Market Preorders

We are very excited to be participating in the 2025 Nashville Needlework Market again this year! The Nashville Needlework Market is the premier wholesale tradeshow for cross stitch! Designers release their patterns before Market and we collect preorders for those. We will not be purchasing all patterns, or items, to stock in the shop, so if you want to be guaranteed an item, please preorder it.

New items are added to our website for preorder as we receive the releases from the designers, so be sure to check back often to see what is new!  There will be hundreds of new patterns available!

 Each designer has their own preorder deadline which we have listed in their item, so please check each specific item for that deadline.

 You may order as many times as you like, all of your items will be compiled by us into a single order for pickup or shipping.

How Do You Get Your Preorder Items?

There are 2 ways to get your items from us.

1.)In person pickup, which is always free.
2.) Items for shipping – To simplify the process, we ask that you not combine Market preorder patterns with other in stock items. All preorder items will be held until your complete order has been received from the designers. You will be invoiced for your shipping when we receive your 1st order. That way you won't have to wait to pay your shipping when you order arrives and we can get it to you sooner! We are charging a flat $5.00 rate for all Nashville Market preorders! Your order will not ship until your shipping charge has been paid.
